Joseph Hubbard

Mr. Hubbard received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Tennessee, graduating magna cum laude and cum laude respectively.  Upon graduation from undergrad, Mr. Hubbard was named a Torchbearer recipient - the University of Tennessee's highest student award for scholarship and leadership.  During law school, Mr. Hubbard was elected Editor in Chief of the Tennessee Law Review and, in his third year, named the Student Bar Association's Barrister of the Year.

Since 2013, Mr. Hubbard has served as a member of the board for the Nashville Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, and he is an at-large member of the board for Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court.  Mr. Hubbard is a member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville, a nonprofit comprised of young professional men who raise money for the benefit of disadvantaged youth.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Hubbard served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Richard H. Dinkins on the Tennessee Court of Appeals, where he assisted in the drafting of appellate opinions involving a wide-range of procedural and substantive legal issues.  During that time, he volunteered more than 130 hours at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
