Nina M. Eiler
Nina Musinovic Eiler is an associate at Kay Griffin, PLLC. Mrs. Eiler represents clients in complex employment, education, and constitutional law matters. She has successfully litigated and resolved matters in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee, including representing clients in depositions, hearings, and trials. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Eiler gained valuable litigation experience working in a boutique litigation firm in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she focused her practice on complex healthcare liability actions.
Mrs. Eiler graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, majoring in Logistics and Transportation with collateral in International Business and minor in German. Mrs. Eiler earned her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution from the University of Tennessee College of Law. During law school, Mrs. Eiler was on the Dean's List for multiple semesters and earned certificates of excellence for achieving the highest grades in several classes, including Advanced Appellate Advocacy, Trial Practice, Negotiations and Dispute Resolution, and Advanced Legal Research.
